9.3 While vipph 4 takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for notifying vipph 4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
10.1 As a data subject under Republic Act No. 10173, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by vipph 4:

11.1 The vipph 4 Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. vipph 4 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
11.2 If vipph 4 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be refunded, and the personal data will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention procedures.
11.3 If you believe that vipph 4 has inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 13.
