2.2 Jurisdiction. The vipph 4 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. vipph 4 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Verification. vipph 4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
2.4 Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on vipph 4:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on vipph 4. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vipph 4 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Ownership. Your vipph 4 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
3.4 Philippine Mobile Number. Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number. This number serves as your primary account identifier and is used for OTP-based authentication and account recovery.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You agree to notify vipph 4 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4.2 vipph 4 will never request your password via live chat, SMS, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from vipph 4 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
4.3 vipph 4 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that vipph 4 has acted in good faith in processing transactions authenticated with your credentials.
4.4 vipph 4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vipph 4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
5.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. Deposits via credit card are not accepted for gambling transactions in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method.
5.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 . Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. vipph 4 aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
5.5 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. vipph 4 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different method.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the vipph 4 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). vipph 4 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. vipph 4 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy, as communicated to the registered email or mobile number on file.
6.1 General. vipph 4 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. vipph 4 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
6.4 Promotional Changes. vipph 4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the terms of that bonus.

11.2 vipph 4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipph 4 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 vipph 4 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vipph 4's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 vipph 4 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 vipph 4 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules and regulations.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vipph 4 Platform shall first be submitted to vipph 4 customer support for informal resolution. vipph 4 will endeavor to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
14.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
